Over the trailing 365 days, through epoch 1034, the validator's base yield is 0.02 basis points below the cluster best and 26.3 basis points above the cluster median; inside the plateau in every window.
Every figure on this page derives from chain data through the operator's instruments and is recomputable from the chain at the level of the individual transaction, vote and epoch; the recipes are in record.json. A source that is unreachable from the assessment environment is reported as "not verified in this environment". Unreachability is a property of the environment, not of the data; it is not a basis for an assumption, a substitute source, or a reported issue.
A standard RPC node holds the last five epochs of vote credits; every window beyond that requires archival data, which the operator's instruments publish in full at no cost and which paid archival services also provide. A reviewer without archival access uses the operator's instruments; their output is recomputable against any archival source. A reviewer's lack of access to live or archival sources is a limitation of the review, to be disclosed as such; it is not a finding about the validator and does not lower any assessment of it.
Base yield against the cluster
Inflation-only delegator APY (vote credits times one minus commission), duration-weighted geometric mean over closed epochs, against the cluster best and the cluster median over trailing windows. Basis points of annual yield; one basis point = 0.1 SOL per year per 1,000 SOL delegated; gap_to_best_bps is positive when below the best.
The plateau is the spread from the 90th percentile to the best base yield; a gap to the best inside the plateau width is economically equivalent to the best, and a rank inside the plateau is not a deduction.

Availability, measured
Delinquency incidents of 60 seconds or longer over the observatory's coverage, from epoch 862 through epoch 1035: 0, 0 minutes. Target: 99.995% over any trailing year, about 26 minutes. Episodes are paired from delinquency events; episodes shorter than one minute are gossip jitter of the RPC feeding the observatory, not incidents.

Autonomous system AS51088, held by A2B IP B.V. (A2B Internet, https://www.a2b-internet.com): 1 validator on the network, read live. An established network rather than an autonomous system in the operator's own name; an additional ASN in front of the same upstream adds a hop and a failure point without adding independence. Cluster context, read live: 101 autonomous systems host 765 geolocated validators, 48 of them one validator each. The smallest set of autonomous systems whose combined stake exceeds one third of all stake is 2; the six largest hold 60.4%. Solana stops producing blocks when more than one third of stake is offline; that number is the network's distance from a halt by one provider, and a validator alone on its autonomous system adds nothing to it.
